Basic Permission Level 1

Open the HTX app and tap on “Me” at the bottom of the homepage.

Then, tap on “Unverified” in the top right corner.

On this page, you can view your full profile and select the verification levels.

Tap on the Basic Permission Level 1 section.

Fill in your personal information as required, including nationality, country of residence, last name, first name, and date of birth.

After submitting the completed information, your Level 1 permission verification will be completed.

Basic Verification Level 2

Tap on “Verify” under the Level 2 Advanced Verification section.

Select the type of ID (ID card, passport, and driver’s license are accepted).

Upload a valid photo of your ID and submit the verification request.

Once approved, your Level 2 verification will be completed.

Advanced Verification Level 3

Tap on “Verify” under the Level 3 Advanced Verification section.

Complete the facial recognition process.

Once approved, your Level 3 verification will be completed.
