Authentication Method

For real-name authentication, please follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to your Exchange Huobi account

2. Click "Authenticate" in the "Account" drop-down menu in the upper right corner

3. Enter your details

To avoid delays in the authentication process, please strictly adhere to the following requirements:

• The authentication document must be a passport, ID card, or driver's license.

• The name and country must match exactly with the ID. If you are from Taiwan, please select "Taiwan."

• Photo Requirements for Authentication:

• JPG and PNG formats are supported.

• Do not upload scans or copies.

• The photo must be less than 5MB.

• The information on the authentication document must be clearly visible and must not be altered or concealed. Also, the number and name on the authentication document must be clearly visible.

4. Patiently wait for the review. The review is usually completed within 24 hours.
